An Email that I wanted to share.

I received an email from a client this past weekend that I thought I'd share with you. It is emails like this from clients that makes me realize that the "little things" you do for people are really the big things. It is so nice to know that what I do can put a smile on someones face and bring families closer together even when they're miles apart. This is why we do what we do.

Baby Ryan

Proud new parents Tracey and John spent some time in the studio as we photographed Baby Ryan. He was one month old when we photographed him and already he had his own idea of how things should be done. He was very expressive and liked to mimic daddy's facial expressions which kept us all entertained!

Chantelle - Modeling

Chantelle spent the whole day at the studio with us creating different shots to update her portfolio. These are just a few to show the different looks we came up with. The last shot was Chantelle's favorite as she wanted to use Avril's look as inspiration for a dramic look in her book. Make-up was once again done by Tanya of ShadowBox Studios. Thanks for a job will done as always!

Jaime & Phil - Maternity Photos - 15 June 2008

Just a couple of weeks ago, I had the distinct pleasure of photographying portraits of Jaime, Phil and Finnigan. Jaime and Phil are expecting their first baby very soon. They brought along Finnigan, their very loving and smart dog. We had fun playing with him to get some puppy portraits and then photos of this happy couple. To make it more special for Phil the day we shot the portraits to celebrate this event, it was Father's Day. A day I am sure Phil will remember for many years to come! Can't wait to see the new addition for newborn photos!

Melissa & Brent - engagements

I have known Brent and Melissa for quite a few years now and have been waiting for the moment when Brent propsed to Melissa. It was hard to tell who was more excited when I got the news! LOL! They are getting married this August and I can't wait! John and I travelled to Sauble Beach a few weeks ago and stayed there over night to get the perfect time for their photos. We had so much fun taking photos and just sitting around til the wee hours of the night talking. They are already like family and it is so awesome that John and I get to be a part of their big day!

Owen's Christening - June 8, 2008

As a photographer, I get to be a part of the special and important events in peoples' lives. I meet alot of my clients when they are planning their wedding. I photograph their engagements and their wedding photographs. Then the next big event happens....they are expecting and then the new baby is born. On some occassions I then get to be a part of the christening. This is so amazing! I get to see people grow together and familes bloom. I love what I do! This was Owen's Christening. I met Crystal and Nate, Owen's parents, when they were planning their wedding. Since then I have seen their family grow and Owen is baby number two. I have been a part of the "big" events and document their lives. It is such an honour to be part of it all!

Kim & Bill - wedding - 7 June 2008

This wedding was so much fun to photograph!!!!! It was so hot outside but it didn't stop anyone from having a great time. Kim and Bill were wed in a beautiful church on the east side of London and then headed downtown to the Old Court House and surrounding area for photos. It was a great day! Thanks you for including us! It was an honour and a blast!
